The Dream Factory LA Studios offers studio rental and photographic and video equipment rental.
Studio Rental:
Our primary studio features:
*3000 total square footage.
*A main shooting area of 2,000 sq.ft.
*A second shooting area of 600 sq.ft.
*A make-up room.
*A kitchen and amenities.
*A conference room.
*Computer workstations.


Parking is free in front of the studio and on the street.

Studio rental rates:

Photography: $275 / half day (4 hours) -- $375 / full day (8 hours) -- $500 / day and a half (12 hours)
Video: $375 / half day (4 hours) -- $525 / full day (8 hours) -- $700 / day and a half (12 hours)

When you rent our lights and battery packs, we will throw in for FREE the optional use of our umbrellas, octabanks, beauty dishes, stripbox, stands, and seamless paper (to the floor).
